BARCELONA manager Ernesto Valverde has mocked Real Madrid.
The Barcelona boss guided his team to Supercopa de Catalunya victory against Espanyol yesterday without star players Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez.
Valverde admitted after the match he rested his key men because of upcoming fixtures against Malaga on Saturday and a crucial Champions League clash with Chelsea next Wednesday.
However, the 54-year-old could not resist having a sly dig at Real in the meantime when he was asked about Los Blancos beating Paris Saint-Germain.
Valverde claimed that he is more worried about facing Antonio Conte’s side than coming up against Real in the latter stages of the tournament.
